Why is my mailpiece too large (or too small) when I print it?

This problem can happen if the "Fit to page" checkbox or the "Shrink to fit" checkbox or a checkbox with a similar name is checked in the "Print" dialog box or "Printer setup" dialog box when you use Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader to print your mailpiece.

To fix the problem, make sure that you DO NOT check any of the following checkboxes in the "Print" dialog box or the "Printer setup" dialog box:
Also, make sure that the mailpiece is not too large to fit on the paper you are printing on. You should be aware that the space needed to print your mailpiece is ½" longer and ½" taller than the dimensions of the mailpiece itself if the "Printer's Marks" checkbox was checked when you used ReplyMailOnLine.com to create your mailpiece. That's because ReplyMailOnLine.com adds a ¼" border all around the mailpiece for the crop marks and the informational text that is printed when the "Printer's Marks" checkbox is checked.

To make the mailpiece fit on the paper, you might need to select landscape orientation in Adobe Acrobat/Adobe Reader's "Print" dialog box or "Printer setup" dialog box and/or you might need to use a larger paper size.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Mailpieces must not be enlarged or reduced. Checking any of the checkboxes listed above could cause your printed mailpiece to be larger or smaller than it is supposed to be. Therefore, you must NEVER check any of those checkboxes when you print mailpieces that you create at ReplyMailOnLine.com!
