How do I use the PDF file that I get from ReplyMailOnLine.com?

Once you have the PDF file containing the Business Reply artwork or Courtesy Reply artwork that was created for you by ReplyMailOnLine.com, you'll use Adobe Acrobat software to examine the artwork on your screen and to print it.*

Adobe Acrobat software comes in several forms, and the different forms of Adobe Acrobat have different names. "Adobe Acrobat Reader," "Adobe Reader," "Adobe Acrobat Standard," "Adobe Acrobat Professional," and just "Adobe Acrobat" are the most common forms of Adobe Acrobat software.

Some forms of Adobe Acrobat software are free. There is a good chance that your computer already has Adobe Acrobat software on it.
If you received your PDF file as an attachment to an e-mail message, open the e-mail message and double-click on the attachment.

If you downloaded your PDF file by clicking on an orange or green box on the ReplyMailOnLine.com Web site, navigate to the folder on your computer where the PDF file is located and double-click on the name of the PDF file.
If your screen displays the PDF file, you are all set (that is, your computer has Adobe Acrobat software).

If your screen doesn't display the PDF file, it means that your computer probably doesn't have Adobe Acrobat software. You can download Adobe Acrobat software for free. Click here to find out how to download it.

Assuming that your screen does display the PDF file, you'll probably want to print it. To do that, click File at the top of the Adobe Acrobat/Adobe Reader Window, then click Print, make the desired selections, and click the "OK" button.

When printing, do NOT select "Shrink oversized pages to paper size," "Expand small pages to paper size," or anything similar! The reason you must not make these selections is that your mailpiece must be printed at the exact size for which it was designed; otherwise, it will not conform to the U.S. Postal Service's rules!

*If you are going to pay a printing company to do the printing for you, you might want to examine the artwork your screen, but you don't have to print it. You can just give the PDF file to the printing company.
