Payment plans and features

There are two ways to pay for the mailpieces that you make at ReplyMailOnLine.com:

Pay-as-you-go Plan: With this plan, you pay $15.00 for each Business Reply mailpiece or Courtesy Reply mailpiece that you create. Please note that the charge of $15.00 is for a PDF file that contains the artwork for your mailpiece. Our Web site will make the PDF file available to you automatically. You can then use the PDF file to print as many envelopes, postcards, or labels as you want — or you can give the PDF file to a printing company so they can do the printing for you. The only cost to you will be the one-time charge of $15.00.

Before you pay $15.00, we suggest that you click the "Free tryout" link near the top of this window. This will lead you through the process of creating a free "demo" mailpiece. You can click the "Free tryout" link and go through this process as many times as you want without paying any money. Once you understand how the system works, click the "Make a mailpiecde for $15.00" link near the top of the window.
Subscription Plan: Pay $59.95 to make as many mailpieces as you want for one year. If you'd like to buy a subscription, click the "Buy a subscription" link near the top of this window.

The choice is up to you. It's really a matter of economics. That is: if you are planning to create seven or more mailpieces within the next year, you'll save money by purchasing a subscription (because you'll pay $31.50 to create seven mailpieces, but a subscription costs only $59.95).

Whichever way you do it, you can pay on line with your credit card. If you're not comfortable using your credit card on line, call us at 508-347-5756 and we'll take your credit-card information over the phone.
