Problem: I can't create a mailpiece because I keep getting the message "failedValidationObject has no property named 'focus'"

This problem might occur if you are using a browser that is several years old.

Solution: To work around the problem, do this:

Click "Ok,"
Click the "Back" button on your browser until you get to the page that lets you specify the mailpiece format, lets you choose whether or not you want printer's marks, and lets you choose a font style.
Click the "Continue" button. You'll get the page that lets you specify the mailpiece size, lets you enter the mailing address, and (depending on what type of mailpiece you're creating) lets you enter other information.
Click the "Continue" button. Everything should work fine now.
